The Fertile Hand

The Fertile Hand was founded by Dale Bellisfield and Noel Nowicki.

Dale Bellisfield, RN, is a Clinical Herbalist with more than 10 years’ experience using herbal medicines. Trained in European, Native Americian and Chinese traditions of healing, she is the first Herbalist at the largest hospital system in New Jersey. Dale lectures widely on the use of herbs for health and nutrition, and was a contributing author to Rozanne Gold’s Healthy 1-2-3 cookbook, describing the medicinal benefits of the recipe ingredients. She has worked in the food industry for over 20 years, and comes from a long line of great eaters.	Noel Nowicki, MD, is a holistic physician-acupuncturist with over two decades’ experience as an Internist in private and hospital practice. Currently he is at Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation, where he has an integrative medical practice. In 2001, he received an international research award for acupuncture on stroke patients with difficulty swallowing, originally done under a grant from the NIH. Lecturing frequently on health issues, he teaches alternative medicine and acupuncture to doctors as part of a medical educational training program.
The Fertile Hand is currently owned by Chayim and Rivka Kramer, whom as caring parents, strive to give their children healthy, nourishing and nutritious snacks. They are committed to continuing Dale and Noel's vision of making healthy foods taste "more than delicious".
